Returns Policy

We offer next-day returns for a hassle-free shopping experience. If you received a damaged or defective item, we will arrange a free replacement at no cost to you.

If you simply changed your mind, you can still return the item the next day with a 1 KD delivery fee applied for the return pickup.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail once we've received and processed your return.

Shipping

We deliver within Kuwait. Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be delivered the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered the next day.

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation with your estimated delivery date based on the time your order was placed.
