If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we will replace it completely free of charge — no questions asked.

Product arrived broken, cracked, or physically damaged — Immediate free replacement.
Manufacturing defect or doesn't function as described — Free replacement, no questions asked.
Wrong item sent — We made the error; we fix it at zero cost to you.
Missing components or incomplete product — We'll send the missing parts or replace the full item.
📸 Tip: Photograph or video the damage immediately upon delivery. Share it with us via WhatsApp — this speeds up the replacement process significantly.

If you decide you no longer want the product for any reason, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.

💰 About the 1 KD Fee: This covers the cost of our delivery team collecting the item from your address. It is deducted from your refund. This fee does not apply to damaged or defective items.

Return Eligibility Conditions

Items must meet all of the following conditions to be eligible for return:

Item is unused and in its original condition.
All original packaging, tags, and labels are intact and undamaged.
All accessories, parts, and documentation are included.
Return request submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Items that have been used, washed, or installed.
Items with missing packaging, tags, or accessories.
Items returned after the 14-day window has expired.
Items damaged by the customer through misuse or negligence.
Items purchased during a clearance or final sale.

How to Request a Return

Contact Us Within 14 Days

Message us on WhatsApp or email info@arbaana.com with your order number and reason for return.

Submit Photos (if damaged)

For damaged or defective items, send photos or a short video as evidence.

Return Approval

We'll review and confirm your return within 24 hours via WhatsApp.

Schedule Pick-Up

Our team will coordinate a convenient time to collect the item from your address.

Refund or Replacement Processed

Once received and inspected, your refund or replacement is processed within 3–5 business days.

Refund Details

Damaged / Defective Items: Full 100% refund including any fees — or free replacement at your preference.
Standard Returns (within 14 days): Full product price refunded, minus 1 KD pick-up fee.
Refund Method: Returned to your original payment method.
Processing Time: 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
